These provide a hard wearing, dust free, clean surfaces for large
factories and warehouses. Specifications are available for all levels
of useage and wear; from housing to offices to heavy duty industrial

Deck Car Parks
Asphalt waterproofing combined with a paving grade wearing course
is the usual specification for roof top or deck car parks. A more
recent innovation is the use of an insulated upside down system
with the wearing surface provided by concrete paving flags.
Asphalt Tanking
This is a traditional method of waterproofing basements and it still
provides the best method of ensuring floors below ground level remain
dry.
Bridge Waterproofing
Mastic asphalt is used extensively throughout the country for waterproofing
bridges and civil engineering structures. The specification being
approved by the Department of Transport.
Damp Proof Membranes
Comprising three millimetre thick hot applied bituminous membrane
(Ventrot, Paragon DPM 50 or similar) for damp proofing floors overlaid
with a concrete screed.
